Week 21:1984 by George Orwell
How does the Party manipulate human emotions? 1984 George Orwell, in Part 2, shows us the start of the secret relationship between Winston and Julia. These are universal deceptions of appearances- the girl is not who she had seemed to be; Winston assumed her to be a devoted Party member and a spy. Why is she so important to him?
